🛍 Inspection Upon Delivery

At Letto Home, we encourage all customers to inspect their products upon delivery. If the product does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to return it immediately with the courier — no questions asked.


🗓 Return Window

  • Within 14 Days: For unused products in original condition.
  • Within 30 Days: In the case of clear manufacturing defects.

📦 General Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation intact.
  • Customized items (such as personalized dimensions, fabrics, or wood finishes) are non-returnable.
  • The original invoice must be provided, along with any warranty cards or promotional gifts received.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via bank transfer or payment card, with shipping fees deducted from the refund amount.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item has been used, assembled, or altered.
  • Damage is due to misuse or regular wear and tear.
  • A different size, color, or design is requested (we do not offer direct exchanges; customers may return and re-purchase).
  • The item was made to order or includes custom specifications.

🪑 Furniture Order Cancellation / Modification

  • You may cancel or modify your furniture order (style, color, dimensions) within 7 days of the order date for a full refund.
  • No changes or cancellations are allowed after the 7-day period.
  • Furniture may only be returned or replaced in the case of a manufacturing defect.

💳 Payment Requirements

For non-Cash-On-Delivery (non-COD) orders, full payment must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery in order to confirm the appointment.
